Repeat customer. The haku and bouquet were beautiful. The blue flowers for the haku were not in season and a photo was sent prior to pickup. I asked if more blue could be added and they accommodated my request (next time, I’ll be sure to send a note of my daughter’s school colors). The bouquet was huge and full with flowers, not filler greenery. We only bought the standard one. The flowers were very fresh and they even smell good. Four days later, they are still beautiful. These are worth the extra money because you are paying for beautiful arrangements, careful craftsmanship, and quality flowers. I pass by florists closer to home for this florist. If you are just looking for something inexpensive, this is probably not the right place for though, but in the long run, you get what you pay for, and here you will get flowers that you enjoy for quite a while (we bought a lei for my daughter’s 8th grade graduation and it still looked beautiful over a week later…we even hung it to dry, hair sprayed it and it still has its beautiful color). In the chaos after a horrific tragedy, we forgot flowers for the funeral and placed an order just a day before the service, with special requests (no flowers in colors reminding of fire - red, orange etc, soft shapes without dramatic spikes) and they were so kind, and the church was lovely with their arrangements. Wonderful compassion, competence and coordination. I highly recommend Queen's Flowers!

What a wonderful florist. Cherrie went the extra mile and delivered flowers to my mother’s grave. She took the time to call me when delivered AND sent me a photo after they were placed. I was really touched by her TLC. The arrangement was beautiful! This is a good florist! 2026 my second year of using this florist. They sent me a picture which is a lovely touch. Really glad I found them! May 2026 another beautiful bouquet delivered out of state. Just love this florist!

I am beyond impressed with how my daughters Lei Po’o & Lei turned out for her highschool graduation!! My daughter was born on the island of Kauai. We wanted something unique & beautiful. Queens flowers went above & beyond to create just that!! The owner Cherie & her assistant cared about every last detail. I highly recommend them for all your floral needs.

Honestly the worst experience dealing with a florist. I do not recommend them if you’re looking for a wedding bouquet. First when my brother in law went to pick up the flowers they were not what I ordered. There was stems with no flowers and dying at the edges. When I called back the lady tried to say I didn’t get enough notice, but I have been texting her since June. The wedding was in two hours. They didn’t offer to make me a new bouquet, she just said it was basically my fault. When my sister called she talked to a guy and we were upset, my mom was stressed and my sister told them they needed to make the new bouquet immediately so it was ready to be picked up soon. The guy said she was being disrespectful bc she refused to accept the excuse that the “flowers were out of season” and the lady was “really busy” so we might have to wait. He said the flowers might be modified and I said modified how. He didn’t even know what kind of flowers would make up the bouquet!! Finally the guy said the bouquet will be ready in 30 minutes. All I wanted was a small bouquet with white roses, some leaves for greenery, one yellow rose and yellow ribbon. Again, the flowers were brown on the edges, s
